Rats in the kitchen do not mean a mess by default. Just ask Linguini who saw, within the walls of Gusteau’s restaurant, Remy giving life to one of the most outstanding parlsley soups that the critics ever ate. It’s exactly thanks to this soup that Remy and Linguini meet and it’s exactly thanks to this soup that their friendship begins. Within these kitchen’s walls they will have the chance to create real chef d’oeuvres (and Pixar’s team actually cooked them in order to reproduce everything in the cartoon!) while – in the manager’s office – Skinner is trying to use a well known brand in order to sell…disgusting microwave dishes.
